Payment

• Some competitions may require payment to participate.
• Payment status will be verified before allowing video submission.
• Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

Certificates

• Certificates are issued based on competition participation and/or achievement.
• Certificate details (such as your name, video title, and sub-theme) are based on the information you provide.

Intellectual Property

• You retain ownership of any content (video submissions) you upload.
• By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and promote your content related to the competition (such as leaderboard sharing, awards announcements, etc.).

Prohibited Activities

• Upload any content that is unlawful, offensive, or infringes on others' rights.
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data.
• Use the Platform for fraudulent or commercial purposes unrelated to the competition.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in activities that harm the Platform or other users.

Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.
Changes will be posted on this page, and by continuing to use the Platform, you accept the updated Terms.

Disclaimers

We do not guarantee that the Platform will be error-free or always available.
Participation in competitions does not guarantee winning or certification.
